MEASURES AS OF 19/04/21

- Curfew from 10pm to 6am (will take effect on 3rd May)
- Exceptions to the curfew are mainly for business, medical, family, or briefly taking pets out

 

The restaurants are open for lunch and dinner services, however there are some conditions:
- Lunch service is open to residents, employees and people staying in a hotel in the Principality
- The evening service is only open to residents and people staying in a hotel in Monaco
- Reservations are required for restaurants and tables of up to 6 people
- The time of service can go up to 10 pm. An exemption for customers is provided until 10 pm maximum. They must have a  certificate given to them by the restaurant owner proving that they have had dinner.
- Takeaway sales are authorised until 10pm as of the 3ed May 2021.
- Distance between tables in restaurants to be at least 1.5 metres
- No  music in restaurants
- Bars are closed 
- Restaurant customers can enjoy the bar activities of the establishment at the table during the service
 

Wearing a mask is compulsory in all public areas, as well as in all enclosed areas open to the public and common parts of private areas
- The obligation to wear a mask does not apply to children under 5 years of age or to people practising outdoor sports. However, the latter must have a mask in their pocket in case of need
- Strong recommendation to wear a mask in the private space, especially when a person from outside the home or a vulnerable person is present
- Strong recommendation to limit smoking, coffee or meal breaks to several people and to adopt a static position in such situations

- ACM staff holding a badge
- Owners and staff of yachts moored in Monaco (exemption certificate issued by the harbour office)
- People holding a GP ticket
- GP participants with a "confirmation of participation" signed by the ACM

In the evening for dinner :

- Residents
- Hotel guests
- Owners and staff of yachts moored in Monaco (exemption certificate issued by the harbour office)
- GP participants with a "confirmation of participation" or "accommodation certificate" signed by the ACM
