Apple clafoutis recipe

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 Golden delicious apples
  • 150g Powdered sugar
  • 150g Flour type 55
  • ½ packet Baking powder
  • ½ Litre of Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 30g Butter (melted)
  • 2g Cinnamon powder

Preparation

 

Wash, peel and quarter the apples. Arrange them in an ovenproof dish coated with the melted butter using a brush.

 

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the centre add the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Gradually whisk in the milk. (forming a pancake mix consistency).

Pour this mixture over the apples and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
